Tasted at BI Wine & Spirits' 10-Years-On tasting, the 2007 Les Forts de Latour has a fully mature bouquet with melted tar, graphite and black fruit scents, with a touch of tobacco in the background. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannin, a little chewy, with white pepper and a tobacco-stained finish that is very classic and unapologetically conservative in style. This is probably at its peak now, although it has the body to suggest it will hold in there for several years. Tasted February 2017.

BI Wine & Spirits の 10-Years-On テイスティングでテイスティングされた 2007 年の Les Forts de Latour は、溶けたタール、グラファイト、ブラック フルーツの香りを伴う完全に成熟したブーケがあり、背景にはタバコのニュアンスがあります。 口当たりはミディアムボディで粒状のタンニンがあり、少し歯ごたえがあり、白胡椒があり、タバコのしみのある後味は非常に古典的で、申し分なく保守的なスタイルです。 これはおそらく今がピークですが、数年間そこにとどまることを示唆する体を持っています。（直訳）
