　ワイナートで紹介された全く性質の違った２つの土壌を持つ、
　ボンヌマールが有名であります。
　上部は砂と石灰岩が多く、繊細、緻密、硬質で、香りが華やか
　対して下部は粘土質で、パワフルで厚みがありフルーティー。
　ボンヌマールの畑から生み出されるワインはその２つの畑の
　マリアージュによってさらに輝きを増している。

　Christophe Roumier produces a Corton-Charlemagne from a parcel
　on the Pernand-Vergelesses side of the Corton hillside. The
　2000 displays a wonderfully rich nose of anise, spices, and
　ripe pears. Medium-bodied, it is plush, intricate, highly
　expressive, and jam-packed with flavor. Mint, coffee, poached
　pears, clover, and minerals can be discerned in its softly-
　textured character. Drink this lovely wine over the next
　8-9 years.

　Violets, blueberries, and blackberries are found in the nose
　of the medium to dark ruby-colored 2000 Musigny. Tightly wound,
　structured, and medium-bodied, this wine reluctantly reveals
　a flavor profile composed of high-toned black berry fruit and
　spices. While it lacks the fowvard, generous nature of the
　Cras or Bonnes Mares, it is more complex and refined.
　Anticipated maturity: 2005-2012.
