　畑面積　約４ｈａ
　エティエンヌ・グリヴォはブルゴーニュで早くから化学薬品の使用等
　に異を唱えた人で、今や20にもなる違うアペラシオン、違う畑のワイ
　ンを見事に造りこなすので、パーフェクトなドメーヌとも言われてい
　ます。

　本来は長熟タイプのワインを作り出すことに長けていて、80年代には
　一時期ワインコンサルタントと組んで発酵前に低温で葡萄を浸漬させ
　る醸造法を行い、これが物議を醸し評価を落としました。
　最近は完全復調を遂げ、元のように若のみでもおいしいし、寝かして
　もおいしいだろうなと言うワインを造っています。

　"Its terroir immensely benefitted from the dryness of the vintage,"
　said Grivot while serving his outstanding 2002 Clos Vougeot.
　Aromatically, this bold wine reveals loads of spicy red cherries.
　On the palate in its wonderfully sweet, velvety-textured, and
　extroverted. Copious quantities of red cherries, spices, candied
　raspberries and earth envelope this beauty's ripe tannin.
　It will be delicious relatively young and should age extremely
　well. Projected maturity: 2007-2020.
