　となったデュジャック。
　畑には除草剤、化学肥料は使用せず、除梗も一切しない。
　グランクリュ、1erクリュに100％新樽を使用し、オリ下げのみで
　フィルターをかけないという、昔ながらの製法。いろいろなところ
　で修行した息子さん(ジェレミー氏)もドメーヌに戻り、今後も万全
　の体制で素晴らしいワインを世に送り続けることでしょう。

　The Dujac Fils & Pere 2005 Chambolle-Musigny displays a lovely,
　bitter-sweet bouquet of flowers, herbs and smoke-tinged black
　raspberry. Ripe yet faintly tart in the mouth, it continues to
　exude floral essences (almost surely a case of whole-cluster
　vinification reinforcing terroir tendency) finishing with
　satisfying length, both the anticipated carnal side of Chambolle
　and the wine's tannins sublimated.
