　プレモーの村で18世紀以来ワインを生みだしてきたドメーヌは、今
　では当たり前となった元詰めも前世紀初頭からと、かなり早い時期
　からおこなってきた。現在、ドメーヌを運営するのはアランムニエ。
　畑での作業を第一に考えるアランは1991年より本格的に有機栽培を
　導入、テロワールを最大限生かした耕作をおこなっている。出来上
　がるワインに共通するのは、余計な雑味のない味わい全てが心地よ
　くまとまっているというもの。Pinot Noir 100%

　Good medium red. Reticent but pure aromas of fresh raspberry
　and licorice. Sappy and tightly coiled, with a distinctly cool,
　primary character to the flavors of black cherry, dark raspberry,
　flowers and pungent minerals. The wine's energy and penetrating
　quality currently hide its substantial volume. Silky, weightless
　wine with lovely finesse. This almost tastes like another
　vintage-except for the peppery nuance on the back, which will
　morph into complex herbal and underbrush notes as the wine
　develops in bottle. I'd give this one at least five or six years
　of additional aging.
